Rooms and gyms that groups book for themselves.
Multipurpose rooms, gyms and meeting rooms. Each has its own hours and bookings, and staff and group leaders can see what’s free and book it themselves.
30-day trial, no card needed.

Run the building, not the booking sheet
The board wants to know how the rooms are used.
Usage reports
Bookings, hours, utilization (share of open hours booked) and no-show rate for each room, over any date range up to a year — with a CSV export. Per room, not per group; headcount isn’t tracked.
The gym got double-booked again.
One booker per time slot
When a time is booked, no one else can take it — the system lets only one request win, even if two arrive together.
Every class typed in one week at a time.
Recurring programs
Book a class once — weekly on chosen days, every other week or monthly — as one series. If some dates are taken, book the rest and see which were skipped.
Groups reserve the room and never show.
Empty bookings give the room back
The person who booked taps Check in. If nobody does within the grace period you choose, the room opens up again. Off unless you turn it on.
One group holds the hall every night.
Fair-use limits
Set limits per person: the longest booking, how far ahead they can book, and hours per week.
Staff can ask instead of click
Already use ChatGPT or Claude at the front desk? Connect SummaBooking and ask — is the gym free Saturday morning, cancel Friday’s booking. It’s optional; everything also works on the website.
- “Is the gym free Saturday from 9 to noon?”
- “Book Room A every Tuesday and Thursday at 10 AM for the next 10 weeks.”
- “Turn on check-in with a 15-minute grace period.”
- “Cancel my Friday evening booking.”
Admins can also add rooms, set booking rules and invite people. Same rules as the web app, so an assistant can’t book a taken slot either. Works with Claude and ChatGPT (on ChatGPT plans that allow custom connectors). Members can connect too, unless an admin turns that off. Billing stays in your browser — the assistant gives you a link and never takes a card.

The shared demo workspace — “SummaTower” — resets nightly. No account needed. The demo is an office building, but a gym or multipurpose room works the same way.
