Members book meeting rooms and phone booths themselves.

Each room has its own hours and bookings. Members see what’s free, filter by time and seats, and book — no front-desk request, no whiteboard.

30-day trial, no card needed.

Fewer questions at the front desk

Members ask the front desk what’s open.

Members book for themselves

Invite members by email. They sign in with a one-time code, filter by time and seats, and book.

Someone’s already in the room I booked.

Your booked time is yours

Once you book a room, it’s closed to everyone else for that time — even if another member clicks Book at the same second.

Phone booths get booked and left empty.

Check-in and no-show release

Check-in is off unless you turn it on. When it’s on, a booking nobody checks into is released after a grace period you choose, so the room opens up again.

A few members hold the big room all week.

Fair-use limits

Set the longest booking, how far ahead people can book, and a weekly hours cap per person. Turn on capacity checks and a booking for 10 can’t land in a 4-seat room.

Software that costs more with every new member.

Priced per room, not per member

$49/month covers 5 active rooms; each added room is $8/month. Members don’t change the price.

Members can ask their own assistant

Members who use ChatGPT or Claude can connect SummaBooking and ask for a room by time and size — find me a room for 6 tomorrow at 2. It’s optional; everything also works on the website.

  • “Find me a room for 6 people tomorrow at 2.”
  • “Book Phone Booth 2 for 30 minutes at 11.”
  • “Move my 3 PM to 4 PM.”
  • “Add a room called Phone Booth 3 that seats 1.”

Admins can also add rooms, set booking rules and invite people. Same rules as the web app, so an assistant can’t book a taken slot either. Works with Claude, Claude Code and ChatGPT (on ChatGPT plans that allow custom connectors). Members can connect too, unless an admin turns that off. Billing stays in your browser — the assistant gives you a link and never takes a card.

The shared demo workspace — “SummaTower” — resets nightly. No account needed. The demo is an office building, but meeting rooms and booths work the same way.
